Handing Myself to A Blank Page

I squint my eyes at a blank page before smothering it with ink,

I smell the scent of a blank page before I let my letters sink,

I notice every crack of the page when it's yet to hold my heart,

And with more trust than I trust myself, I let the page crinkle to hold my words.

I watch the words drown in it,

My mind's claws sinking into its depth,

My thoughts, drowning in the sheet.

Its a piece of paper i handed myself to

when I wrote these words down.

Not knowing what they meant,

Not caring how they are,

Just floating in eternity and swimming with the stars.
