Hallucinations

Time between 1 and 3 O’ clock Am, the door bell rang . He wakes up on the third rang and made his way to the door, confused who it might be. He opened the door and saw nothing but himself soaked in blood in the heavy rain. In one second lightning strikes in madness. After a long blink he opened his eyes. But that person is no more there . Through the walls of rain he saw a man passing along the road. “what!!?  Am I dreaming.? . He closed the door and get back to his room. The screams of rain Pierce his ears and the picture of himself soaked with blood came to his mind again and again. “What was that… what’s just happened. Or it’s..–“ The phone rang suddenly , that made him shrug a little. “ Hello….?” He answered. “hello, its from the police station. Where are you right now?” the caller asked.  “I’m  at my home ..” he replied. “ So are you the owner of the car KL ** 74 SUZUKI BREZZA ?”the officer asked. “Yes sir. What hap–“ “it got into a critical accident on the highway .But we couldn’t find the driver at the scene. So you better cooperate with us.” said the officer, not letting him finish what he was about to say. “what the .. But sir the car is here .." He looks down through the window and yes the car was gone.

The next morning, almost 7:30 a.m. The sky is still depressed. He grabbed his phone and opened main door and went out. The door closed behind him , he locked it . Gradually his eyes went to the doorbell switch. There is blood on it. He still can’t process what happened yesterday.  He put his hand on the head and murmured “what the hell !.” He turned around and the sight of something paused him. It’s the car. The same car the officer talked about. Now it’s here , at its place without any damages. After a long pause he took a deep breath in astonishment and went nearer .The car was locked. He left the car there and went to the police station. He reached the police station. “ Hey , what brings you here ?”,an officer asked. “ Sir, I got a call from here last night saying that my car met with a serious accident on the highway” he said.  “There is no such accident reported last night , in that case there is no need for an officer to call you. “ said the officer. But he said “no sir I am sure some officer called me and he even said my car number and that it got into a critical accident and the driver is  missing.” “Looks like someone fooled you, you can file a complaint if you want” . But he refuses and went out of the police station. On the way to home he searched his call logs. But he couldn’t find that unknown number from last night. 

The sky burst into tears when he reached his home. The car is still there,  he went nearer and gets into the conclusion that it’s all hallucinations or a dream. But when his eyes went to the bloodstain on the doorbell, he asked himself “or ..not?

    Clock strikes 12 . The sky is murmuring. Apart from that everything is in silence. ‘The sound of the a car woke him up. But he wasn’t ready to check. A car slowly  entered through the gate, and stopped. It’s lights went off and the door opens. He can hear the footsteps. It’s getting closer to the main door of the house. Main door opened slowly , the creaking sound of the door crawled through the walls. Someone with wet footsteps is passing through the drawing room . The person is murmuring, murmuring with the pain or panic. He keeps walking.  The more he is walking the more his footsteps became wet , wet with blood. That person stood at the room door and one Loud Knock. He jumped up from the dream and turned the lights on. To make sure that it’s a dream he looked at the door and found that it’s opened . He thought maybe because he forgot to lock it. He heard some noises when he was about to lock the door. He went out to check . Through the drawing room he saw the main door was the main door is open . He rushed and locked it . He looked around  “–anybody inside?!” Thunder yells out hard, the sky started crying. He looked around. There was a mirror in the room, in it he saw the reflection of himself soaked with blood. He heard a whisper-“ This is how you end up “.  He freaked out and grabbed his car key then ran out.  He got into the car and left.  Where is he going? What is happening? He don’t know. There is blood on the steering wheel and It slowly started to disappear. His mind got struck and he can barely saw the headlight of the vehicle coming towards. It got nearer before he regain his mind.*CRASH..!!!! (it was a truck) On the highway. The critical . But the diver of the car was missing. According to the police investigation the owner of the car

found dead at his home soaked with blood without external injuries
