Samael can’t settle in one place, he is furious, he walks up and down, clearing things that come in his way, Kicks the football yelling,

SAMAEL “Get out of my Way”

He throws his bag into one corner and does the same with his shoes. He walks up towards his room and punches thee door. He sits back, takes his mobile out of his pocket and stares blankly at it, He unlocks the phone,

SAMAEL “No one seems to be missing me”

He flings the phone on to the bed. Opens the window, sits back, and stares blankly, at the sky, grabs a rubrics cube in his hand as he plays with the football at his feet.

He tries to solve the rubrics’ cube with the football at his feet, nothing seems to be going right, only thing happening is that it is getting more and more complicated, in a while, frustrated as he is, he just smashes it to the floor,

SAMAEL “Just like my life” he murmurs, who even created that?” (He exhales)

He continues playing with the ball, bouncing it off the wall with sudden outburst at times.

Scene 2

INT. Bedroom, Night

Samael is sitting at his study, looking at the hourglass, the sand falling from one side of the cone to another, Time has elapsed, as Samael, gazes at the sky right out his window as he begins to sing:

SAMAEL “we come from dust we turn to dust we dream of reaching the stars yet the stars are here with us every night how fragile our life, yet… magnificent…”

He plays some music from his playlist and stares in to the dark, as he falls asleep. In a matter of some minutes, he gets up disturbed, from a dream, it takes a few moments before he calms down and realizes it was just a dream, “Are you lonesome tonight… Do you miss me tonight….” The music sounds from the mobile kept in a distance, Samael walks up to the bed, takes the phone in his hand, kisses it as he says,

SAMAEL “You have been a terrible companion my friend”

He flings the phone on the wall. The mobile shatters, he walks past it, walks up to the table, from where he picks the jar of water and pours some for himself in a glass, as he dreamily drinks it, the glass falls down from his hands, waking him completely from his sleep. He mutters something as he cleans up the floor.

Scene 3

INT. Living room, Night

Samael smiles and pulls the chair, with a glass in his hand and another on the table. He begins to talk

SAMAEL “We can spend all night trading stories of lost love, nothing makes the past a sweeter place to visit. But if there’s anything I’ve learned, is that – you must be someone worthy, out on this planet of infinite beings. I guess we should drink to this, to my rendezvous with someone just like you – cause no matter how long it takes, I’ll search, I’ll crawl, and I’ll always find you… The one thing that has the power to help me cheer… Cheers!”

*empties the peg*

SAMAEL “They told me never to lose hope, they told me that everyone one had their happily ever after but what they never told me were those tales of betrayal and loneliness and… (Sighs) Happily ever after… (Laughs sarcastically) that’s so once upon a time…”

*Fills the glass with another peg*

SAMAEL “I wonder why your glass is still full. Oh wait! Are you laughing at me?”

*Angers*

SAMAEL “Do you even know what it is like to live? To live with multiple people with different face to show you all the time, to deal with such two faced vermin’s? Do you even have the slightest idea about how people change? Oh how would you? (Laughs hysterically) Oh carry on with your laughing… I wish I could be as carefree as you are. Not a care in the world.”

*Stands up – Walks about*

SAMAEL “God has a plan they say, and what is his plan? To pull all the strings attached to me, make me dance and fly ten feet above the ground and fall right on my face, and repeat it until I am buried six feet underground. They are funny to him… all our pathetic lives. How we dream big, achieve so little, aren’t we adorable, trying to get attention, seek praises, feel wanted tell others (mocking tone) Daddy loves me the best! How boring, pathetic little lives.”

*Fills the glass again sits down*

SAMAEL “But in the end what matters is how many falls we have survived and how high we were able to soar, is it? *breathes* Then I shall soar high, Wander and I won’t be lost, I will play and I shall loose but I won’t quit, ‘Cuz mama didn’t raise a quitter’ (laughs)”

SAMAEL “The worst, is over maybe, maybe the worst is yet to come, but it ain’t the end of the world, and what doesn’t kill you only makes you stronger right? So I will keep breathing, for tomorrow the sun will rise and who knows where the winds will take me… It may be a new beginning!”

*He sighs*

SAMAEL “Oh and one final thing, Thank you for lending an ear, I’m so glad you’re not alive.”

He takes a sip from the glass in his hands as he grins at the football, sitting royally on the opposite chair.
