Genius

By Cameron Foster

[Leonardo]Da Vinci,

 [Michelangelo]Buonarroti,

 [Raphael] Santi,

And [Donatello] Bardi

Couldn't create something as beautiful as she

She's the moon, that makes every night stary

Call her [Pablo] Picosso the way she is art

Doesn't take a genius to win my heart

But she's my muse, my spark

She's got a mona lisa smile

She’s sensational truly

The embodiment of beauty

Even when I ain't got no money

She’s my ruby

If she's a diamond

I'd put her on like jewelry

[Albert] Einstein didn't have the mind

To make a find

Someone like you

[Stephen] Hawking came knocking

With Elvis rocking

Even with Galileo drawing

Couldn't find a star like you

Mozart

Couldn't compose art

Or know where to start

To make music

About someone with as big of a heart

Like yours

[Johannes] Kepler

Met her

And couldn't make as beautiful a pattern

Like a diamond under pressure

You can't shatter

I’m her guard

Stopping anything coming at her

Three things I love about you

Your glow, your smile, and your laughter

Hamilton

Couldn't handle when

She walked past him

“No other woman could hold a candle, man”

To you
