Gain the lost
By Eliezer Khiangte
Sit with me my beloved brethren
And partake through this land though barren
Our souls have left, yet we care
Might none come, forsake me not.
Let no force put asunder
Joint hand in hand we prevail
Calmly embrace the future
As we thrive within our beautiful culture.
Sit with me my beloved sisters
As we travel through lurking danger
Give us strength lest we faint
Increase our faith though we be left behind.
Let storms and beast strengthen you
Let them that hurt you be destroyed
Comfort your lovers and beside each stand
As we build that which was bend.
Sit with me father of all
Tell us thee thy story of old
About ranging danger and scorching deserts.
Climbing to unknown ladder of success
Never looking back never surrender
Never wonder to thousand false rumours
Not a single stone unturned
A new life bound by unbroken pure oaths.
Sit with me my beloved mothers
Feeding the mouth of nation and nurture.
Love and care, bless and satisfy.
Souls with faith and belly with goodness
Comforting the poor and strengthen the weak.
Prayers of strong mothers opens the heaven
Showers the nation with blessings like rain
Carrying the Armour, send forth to gain.
