Friendship

Friendship shines as bright,

Or if not more than a star’s light.

They appear in our life as a rainbow,

And if tended, our bond will grow.

Made to be in harmony,

To sing to life’s symphony.

Their mind maybe isn’t that bold,

But their intentions are formed by a heart of gold.

They walk along you in the path of life,

Their vision for you as sharp as a knife.

They do not let your heart bleed,

Always there when in need.

Our hearts deep like a pond,

There lie our unbreakable bond.

Their existence is what makes life whole,

And without them, our hearts are left with a vast wide hole.
