Friends Like Family

In the halls of our alma mater, we forged bonds strong as steel,

Laughing over lunch, sharing secrets, what a surreal deal!

Each day was a treasure, with my friends by my side,

We were a pack, inseparable, on this crazy ride.

Now life's taken us on separate paths, far from those schoolyard gates,

But the memories we made, oh, how they resonate!

Though distance may keep us apart, our friendship will never decay,

My school friends, my family, forever in my heart they'll stay.

I miss the days of mischief, of laughter and of tears,

The joy of being together, washing away our fears.

But even in absence, I feel their presence near,

For the love we shared in those school days is crystal clear.
