Fragrances

Sweet coldness of Wintry air

Past away, and sprung forth a layerOf green hues of Nature,

And flowery fragrance of dewy amber,

Glowing through the misty chamber

Of a sulky green eyed.

But…

As Days passed away…

A strange odour of dust and smoky muck

Fuming from the chimneys has sucked

The sap of all Nature, leaving it withered and dry.

Thus, making the Gods cry -

‘Shall humans die?’

Or, they should lie

Within their limiting bounds.

Else, the Nature that hounds

Will pound ‘em hard to humanly pulp

And eat them up in a single gulp.

This is Nature’s scare,

So Humans should beware

And Keep off Nature and Her lair

And worship Her in their prayer.
