In five or six or more languages, my pal, you may try

Your efforts are futile, for you get not a single deep fry.

My entire day was spent on mundane chores and frying fish in oilAt least I pray you don’t say your day was busy too, a day full of toil 

In the end, exhausted and guilt-tripped, I slouched to binge

And then, I tucked myself into my pale bed sheet with fringe
