First Kiss

There was a sublime moment,

In the world of my dreams,

As we were having a long conversation,

Looking into each other’s eyes,

We took a small walk hand in hand,

Walking back and forth feeling

Secure in your soothing touch,

It felt so real even though it was just a beautiful moment of my dreams,

Your eyes held those unsaid emotions,

Which didn’t go unnoticed by me,

Filled with lots of love in them for me,

Your essence lingered in the air,

Like after the first rain brings

The aroma of earth,

His soft lips were like rosebuds

Peeping out of snow,

I want to touch his lips with mine so delicately like a cupid’s bow shape,

And the next moment his lips found mine,

Raising my heartbeats all along

The way in that instant,

His sudden touch gave me a sensation of exactly how getting butterflies feels,

A part of our love is blooming in me,

A bit like you and a bit like me,

It felt so real and

I can say it was a sublime Vivid dream.
