A mere bug, life of a week

Nowhere to be seen as reality rings

Crawling around, my back hurts

Flesh tearing, I get the wings

Myths spread all above

My rear tingles at their taunts

A tiny shine glows within

Torching the path to everything I want

This partly bulb isn’t only

Breathing as one of many

All live to light the trees

As I long to touch the twinkles sunny

I fly to places they tell me not to

Light up corners meant to gloom

Drink waters flowing to burn

Want everything I shouldn’t, to bloom

Now comes the horror

Moving all alone in pitch black

My wee gleam flaps for your burning beauty

Pushing for the horizon to crack

All since I believe your galaxy

Let me sway to your melody

The stars in your eyes

Come up in my sky

For our remedy

The you’s are everything anyone

drives for

The I’s are everyone with

a fervour.
