Finding Me!

Updated: Jul 14, 2025

By Mansi

Finding and accepting myself was a challenging battle Only I can do

it took numerous steps Paths and choices To get here

I have cried longer than nights Hurt myself more than the world did I was critical of myself

I was myself's enemy the whisperer of bad things the prisoner of my past

I chained myself And stabbed my heart Over and over again

I became numb Before I can feel the warmth of world

Finding myself is a heartbreak And acceptance became my salvation.
