Often, we are filled to the brim with emotions that others may not have the capacity to carry. This piece explores what it means to feel “too much” and the delicate act of unburdening oneself. The central figure appears suspended between release and restraint, the weight of their emotions curving inward, spilling outward in intangible form. Butterflies encircle the figure’s mind, symbolizing the quiet hope for new growth born from revelation. The inspiration behind this work stems from that fragile moment of hesitation before opening up to someone, the vulnerability of feeling everything, all at once, before the relief of catharsis. "Everything, All At Once," embodies the painful and freeing paradox of unburdening in its rawest form.
