Every Action, Has A Reaction

There is a very famous and old saying which quotes that “What you will do, hence you will get.” Many people say that this saying is incorrect but I say it is right and even have a story to prove it.

The story begins at IIT Kharagpur (Indian Institute of Technology). It is a very famous engineering colleges with thousands of students and hundreds of teachers. But as usual there are only two toppers. The toppers are Sam Curran and Dev peddickal. Both of them were once best friends but now they are the best and most competitive enemies. It all happened because there was a soccer match going on and Sam was the referee. In between of the match Sam handed Dev a foul although it was not. Since then, their friendship has turned into enimity. Finally the last day had arrived, thus the final engineering examination after which they would get their scholarships. Both Sam and dev had studied

tirelessly and with dedication. After the exam had started Sam realized that he had missed a very important part of a chapter which was in the syllabus and other than that he had studied all other things. He was frustrated because he knew that now dev could be first. Then an evil plan came to his mind, he decided to cheat. So very cleverly he devised a plan to cheat and did so. While on the other end dev was writing all the answers on his won. Finally the exam was over and Sam breathed a huge sigh of relief as he knew that now he would be first. The day of receiving the scholarship was after a month. When the day came eventually Sam begot the title of the best student while dev became 2nd. Sam was verry happy although he knew what he had done was wrong. After receiving the scholarship every body started applying for job and applications. Sam was very confident that he would get a job and so was dev. And as it turned out both of them applied for the same job. Sam went first, he stayed there for a few minutes then came back frowning. He was doing so as in the interview he was asked questions about the chapter he didn’t know. Next it was the turn of dev. He stayed inside for a lot of time then came out, praying tat he would get the job as he had done everything to get it. Finally when the results were out Sam was most surprised and angry to see that dev had got the job while he had not. He was angry and screamed in fits of rage.

Although Sam was first in scholarships he did not get the job due to dishonesty and arrogance while dev got the job because of his simplicity and honesty.

Thus along with the quote what you will do you will get. This story also proves that hard work get delicious fruits.
