Stop. Breathe. Calm down. Look around. You know, it'll go away. I'm sweating, I'm shaking, It's cold outside, But my insides are burning. Can't control my breathing, It feels like I'm choking. My guts are in a knot,



Twisting and turning. I'm panicking, I'm heaving This crowd is suffocating. I'm swaying, I'm leaning Is it me? Or did the train just start moving. This world seems to crush me, My body won't help me. My legs seem to give up, This mind is so fucked up. Stop. Breathe. Calm down. Look around. I hope it'll go away.
