End Of Love

We switched roles

We switched souls

Every single path they take

Every single emotion they fake

I can’t help but think twice

That I will never suffice

Even though time flies

My head is filled with horrid cries

I watched the last piece of me shatter

As I heard the rain pitter-patter

I should’ve never switched roles

Or souls.
