एक संगीन जुर्म

मुश्किल से ये काम करता हूं

कुछ नन्हीं ख्वाहिशों का गला घोंटता हूं

बना दूं उनके सपनों का महल

इसलीये मेहनत बेथकान करता हूं

हर रोज एक जुर्म अपने नाम करता हूं

ना दर्द अपना जताता हूं

ना डर ​​अपना दिखाता हूं

पढ़ न ले मेरे आर्थिक हालात

इसलिए जूठी मुस्कान बनता हूं

हर रोज एक जुर्म अपने नाम करता हूं

खिचड़ी से खाने का काम चलवाता हूं

झगड़ा करके हमसफर से

उसके शौक़ कुर्बान करवाता हूँ

चिल्ला के बच्चों पे

उनका ध्यान भटकाता हूं

हर रोज एक जुर्म अपने नाम करता हूं

झगड़ों से थोड़ा दूर भागता हूं

गलती हो गैर की फिर भी अपनों को डांटता हूं

फ़स न जाये दुनिया के जाल में

इसलीए हर मुसिबत में ढाल उनकी बन जाता हूं

हर रोज एक जुर्म अपने नाम करता हूं

जो वादा किया था शान का

उसे ना निभाता हुं

रूठ ना जाए वो मेरे से

इसलिए थोड़ा प्यार जताता हूं

सस्ती चीज अच्छी है

ये बोलके खर्चों को हिसाब में लाता हूं

हर रोज एक जुर्म अपने नाम करता हूं

बेकार दुनिया की कहानी सुनाता हूँ

ज़िद ना कर बैठे घुमाने की

इसलिए घर को सबसे अच्छा बताता हूं

मासूम मन की इच्छा दबाने की कोशिश करता हूं

छुट्टी का हवाला देके 2 साल से अटके टूर को थोड़ा और आगे बढ़ाता हूं

हर रोज एक जुर्म अपने नाम करता हूं

शायद टालने को ही अपना नाम बताता हूँ

छोड़ चुका जीना अपना

परिवार की जरूरत के आगे सब भूल जाता हूं

क्या ज़रूरत है मेरे शौक़ की

जब उससे थोड़ी सी खुशियां चुराता हूं

मैं हर रोज एक जुर्म अपने नाम करता हूं
