Education system to me does not just means of going to school and a teacher teaching you and done. But we all will find that in each field there is qualification criteria required. This system according to me is a bit incorrect yes that degree is a proof that the person is well qualified. But that does not decides the capability of the person. A person might have a good brain and good knowledge but is not able to apply or qualify for some job or something else just because of not having the degree. This basically is the condition of the poor people who don’t have enough money to study in good colleges aand universities.

Japan is an example where your qualification proof does not matters. The same should happen in India you capability must be seen not your qualifications.
