Echoes of Solitude

Gentle as rain, yet hard as a storm,

I’m searching for a place to belong.

Trying to piece my life together,

But sorrow pulls me deeper ever strong.

Caught between love and indifference,

Life feels surreal in this strange existence.

Why does it feel like I’m trapped in between,

Lost in the echoes of what might have been?
