Echoes Of Existence

I am made from what I have seen

A mother’s tears

A father’s fear

A rage at life

An incessant strife.

Screaming in my head

Chaos in my world

A calm shell

With ever growing terror

I could run

I can hide

But a broken crayon can still colour

A hidden moon is still alluring

A structure of flesh and bone

No masterpiece

Nothing of note

Love is known through books and films

Beauty is seen from a distance

A world is passing by

My words are a boat in the sea

I am what surrounds me
