Earthlings

A fairy came in my dream

and you know what she said?

Tell me your wish

as you are very blessed!

I asked her a question

which bothered me a lot

Do animals live here

to serve humans or not?

Do cows and buffaloes

give us the milk?

Are silkworms here

to make the fine silk?

Sheep give the wool

and hen gives the eggs?

Some entertain us

by walking on two legs?

Horses are for riding

and honeybees for honey?

Zoos are the prisons

just to make money ?

That’s what have been told

and that’s what I have seen

Is this really true that

human is the king?

Fairy got happy

and said Oh dear!

Oh wonderful soul

that’s why you are here!

Humans are the guardians

who should look after them!

Animals should be protected

and that is your aim!

Human’s greed has crafted

the world with slavery!

But kindness and compassion

is real bravery !

Animals aren’t here

to give you anything!

Exploiting innocents

is inhumane and sin!

Think very deeply

about everything!

The one who protects

is the real king!

Earth is our mother

and animals are siblings!

So become aware

oh dear Earthlings!

So become aware
