Due to erupt

I'm not afraid of grief -

I have had occasion

To grieve a thousand griefs -

But I am terrified

Of grieving you

My mouth tastes of mangoes

And my tears are salt

My skin is damp with humid

Climes - monsoon is here

And belongs forever

To lovers - I believe I foresee

Much that I can never

But Death is like

Rain clouds - arriving

At an appointed time -

Or before - it's been much

Of the latter - but what has been

Will not necessarily be

And what has never been

May well be someday -

I'm a dormant volcano

But I am due to erupt

But maybe like the rain clouds

You will also arrive

At an appointed time -

Or before.
