Dreams of a child

I dream to experience wings

to wing in the dreamland,

where angels await me

to make my presence seems grand.

The clouds paving the way to

Starry heavens is a contended boon,

For feeding me luscious nectar

with golden bowl and silver spoon.

The moonbeams are a highway,

For, the sun hides and stops blazing,

Glades under the canopy of

Towering trees are truly amazing.

My heart swirls round the snowdrifts

and fountains bordered by gardens,

These are not scanty mirages

buckled by playfulness and innocence.

Flower patches and Shimmering waters

greet with a pleasing flashiness,

My snappy dreams are packed

with lovely smiles and hearty happiness.

I am not incredibly fascinated by,

For, dreams are mere dreams.

My visions to achieve my goals in

Practical life are my means and themes.
