Dreaming You

By Sobia Rashid

Soft tears bloom in my sight,

When your gaze stirs my quiet gleam.

A hush of joy I keep -

Dreaming you is a vibrant scene.

My solitude begins to bloom,

A pulse reborn, a subtle tune.

New soul, now open to the skies,

Revived senses - fresh and new.

Passionate love ascends on trembling light,

Beyond the gaze, desire's call.

A dream of faith -  our beacon’s glow,

Endless depths your eyes enthrall.

Have I not whispered to your ear?

Deep in my soul, where secrets conceal,

You're cherished always - my spirit’s seal.
