You know as children,

We would be painting pictures in our head,

Of what we wanna be,

Could try to be,

But now as it is  the reality of life ,

Im chasing after every possible dream with all my might.

And now as we remember the good – old days,

(those were better anyways)

But however much I pray,

I cant go back their again.

You know as children,

And when millions of dreams used to keep us awake in our beds.

Yet within us, stil linger those nights,

A light that shines so bright, to guide us through and keep us in sight.

So, take off the burdens of reality,

Make a time machine,

And I shall go back to when I was eight,

Back when I was still with my mates.
