You know as children,


We would be painting pictures in our head,


Of what we wanna be,


Could try to be,


But now as it is  the reality of life ,


Im chasing after every possible dream with all my might.



And now as we remember the good – old days,


(those were better anyways)


But however much I pray,


I cant go back their again.



You know as children,


And when millions of dreams used to keep us awake in our beds.


 Yet within us, stil linger those nights,


A light that shines so bright, to guide us through and keep us in sight.



So, take off the burdens of reality,


Make a time machine,


And I shall go back to when I was eight,


Back when I was still with my mates.
