It was a cold constricting force that gripped me tight,

It wont go away always followed me wherever I went,

Forcing me to stay at home on clear sunny day,

The force was incresing day by day.

What shall I do I asked everyone?

They said take a deep breath and forget what happened.

Went to the doctors, went to quacks was given some pills,

They asked me to sleep.

Sleep was no show.

Tirdness was at the door.

What is my illness I asked aloud?

Sadness, is the what they diagnosed.
