Deserved
May the right people in this horrid world
meet the version of them in someone else
may they feel the same daggering pain
unmerciful, no compassion, no gain
May life’s unfairness dwell upon you
just like you did to that struggling individual
with every step, may you feel the pins piercing through your soles
may it make you bleed, where your words impaled their souls
May your ordered coffee be cold and weak
may you stumble over your words when you need to speak
may your clothes get stuck on doors when you’re in a hurry
may your favorite clothes be dirty
May your friends cancel on you when you want to hang out
may someone scream at you, just like you had to shout
when it rains, your umbrella left at home
and you have to wander the streets all soggy and alone
May you get what you deserve
may everyone work on your last nerve
may the exclamation marks you gave
haunt you to your grave.
