Depression Is Like A Spider

A spider I've been trying to reach; To throw out the window. It sits in the corner of the ceiling. The visitors are reeling.

Come greet it and say hello; Treat it with kindness.

It's scared to vacate, afraid of falling. The visitor is crawling.

It has become a friend of mine; We share our frozen legs. The blanket it built is far-reaching. My throat is screeching.
