Desperate to be happy

Eager to give up this grief

Pain and pleasure brought together

Reason and logic mixed into one,

Enlightening my mind and heart

Suffering, a lesson to be learned

Satisfaction is an achievement to be earned

Innocent and naïve, thy pure soul

Overcome your fear, to bear the sight of the ugly truth

Never let yourself get tainted by the despair.
