Cry It Out!

I cry whenever I'm angry and sad,

I cry whenever I'm lonely and scared!

I cry whenever I'm hurt or stressed,

I cry whenever I'm anxious or depressed!

I cry whenever I'm embarrassed and hopeless,

I cry whenever I'm disgusted and helpless!

I cry whenever I'm guilty with carelessness!

I cry whenever I'm overwhelmed with happiness,

When it portrays both my happiness and grief,

How does crying make me weak?

When everything around me is falling apart,

Why can't I cry, when it hurts my heart?

I need to know how is it wrong?

When I cry just to stand back strong!

Crying is a weakness, I want to get rid of this notion!

Cry it out because it's just an emotion!
