Crossroad

Here I am, standing at the crossroad,

Consumed in Perplex as which way to go?

First is you which feels like abode,

But is it true or just a mirage,

And my fear leads me in lettin' you go.

Am I a paranoid? I ask myself,

To which the answer, I myself don't know.

One instance leads me to trust,

But the very next, it feels unjust.

A part of me wants to trust you bad,

Yet the other tries to shield itself.

This chain, broken repeatedly, is now shred,

& wishes to be free from within self.

It is true....

At times, it seems easy, to talk to strangers,

Helps you barf up, your story with ease.

It lets you decipher, your own thoughts,

Which maybe addling with your mates!

Might... make him annoyed,

Or cause useless worry,

This thought keeps me waiting,

Before any hurry!

Deflating myself, I keep me intact,

Evading belief, I just want to retract.

So, this is the road that seems too easy,

Yet makes me a chaos feeling uneasy.

Now, I look at the second route,

It suggests me to shrivel, shutting all out.

To learn to depend on own self,

Will actually break, myth of your shell.

You are all what you need,

Coz no one will comprehend or pay heed.

None can better explain your feelings,

As only you know what's inside your peelings!

It may seem solemn or li'l rough,

But enables you to stand, even in tough.

Thus, staring at both I ask myself,

Which one to choose and move ahead.

But my own emotions make me strive,

Doubting everything with nothing to revive.

I believed to not be induced by the breaks,

And stay consistent, trying for own sake.

You'll find the one who'd pause the cycle,

Re-enacting your belief, makin' your good aizle.

But this reality pin, bursted my bubble,

Crushing the belief, Makin' my trust rubble.

Hence, I can't decipher my own feelings,

& With this dubiety, my in-strife rise.

So, in letting me realise n accept my true desires,

Will you help me O Mr. Wise??
