Consternated Fury

The anger, it hurts, right?

The frustration deep within,

It binds you.

'People claw and bite, they attack till even the ugly marks of their teeth are erased.'

You feel it, don't you?

The Consternated Fury

Your own anxiety consuming you from deep within

The frustration

The anger

The rage

The tears

In the end it all fades when you let go or increases as you ponder on it.

There is no in-between.

Forgiving and forgetting isn't easy nor is it for everyone.

And holding a grudge holds back only the one holding it.

It makes one wonder what to do with their consternated fury.

The only advice I provide on this is...Honesty.

Be honest about everything you feel about the situation.

Some people would scoff at you.

Some people would call you an attention hoarder.

Maybe even the people you are closest to.

Not everyone though...

Some would be willing to listen. Some would be willing to try. Some would be willing to cry to show that you are not alone.

Some would be willing to just be there for you.

It makes you wonder, doesn't it?

What would happen if you let go of the mask. The one you spent years carving over your emotions, face and body language.

The honesty would break it in a million pieces.

Now the decision is fully on you.

Would you accept the cost of honesty?

Let yourself forgive?

Or hold a grudge?
