Colours

All of the world has its colours

to each one please their own.

One could love a vibrant red

and the other a bluestone.

However bright or muted,

all are destined to be chosen.

What once was the right option,

now seems the most broken.

Ultimately, if all were understanding,

all colours would work in tandem.

But when has a great work of art

been composed of the same shades as a chart?

The beauty lies in the chaos.

And one has to find the road that all cross.

To see that it's all not just grey,

nor a game of predator and prey.

So, one might consider their colour as the best,

but not understand; it's pointless to detest.

Because in the end, it's adulterated by death and blame

Transformed into an intricate historic stain.
