My arms are empty tonight

But I still feel you right there

I close my eyes and lay

lay merely in a pile of memories

I still feel your hand

Your hand around my waist

I still feel every part that you traced

I allow my heart

Allow it to find solace in each stolen glace of you

distance becomes an illusion when I dream of us two

but when I'm awake I realize

Realise you’re still so far away

like distant shores where ocean meets bay

and my heart, it waits for us to unite

But my arms, they're empty tonight.
