Chrysanthemums

Way back,

when songs smelled

of Chrysanthemums.

Days rolled one

over the other.

Time amassed

to form years.

Things wilted.

And,

forgetfulness formed

the new memory.

Today,

somewhere,

the wind had a hint of

Chrysanthemums.
