Christmas Time

By Daniel Joshua

It was finally winter,

Everyone gasped,

Time for a merry old cheer,

The house blew up the dark night,

With wondrous colors of bright,

Families rejoin,

Friends unite,

Co-workers cheer,

While no one fights,

It was finally Christmas,

Christmas is here,

Bring out the eggnog and plum cakes,

Bring out the Children,

For Santas here,

With white old beard,

And sack full of presents,

better leave out cookies and milk,

So that santa won’t go starving.

Have a Great Christmas

For everyone close and dear,

May this poem bring you joy and don't shed a tear

Merry Christmas.
