Change Your Outlook!

I often read trolls calling out names or slut shaming the fashion influencers who wear outrageous clothes on the internet in order to get higher viewership and more followers. But they are getting all that viewership from these trollers too and all the media attention is given to their posts. If you don't like something, why are you helping to hype it. Why the hypocrisy people? I just want to speak through this to you all and see if this changes your outlook!

We all have a choice to see what we want to see,

We all have a choice to believe what we strongly believe,

We all have a choice to hear what we wish to hear,

We all can choose how we speak,

We all have our own perspectives,

Our own rule books of what's right and wrong.

What's right for me might be wrong for you,

What's wrong for me might be ok with you,

But that doesn't make me more right,

Or you more wrong,

The only general line that one could draw,

Anything that hurts anyone is the only wrong for all.

If we start to live by these principles,

We can be more tolerant of others' beliefs, their disciplines.

We can just look away from what we don't wish to see or hear,

And hence refrain from saying ill things as we speak,

Trying to judge less and live more,

And letting others do what's right for them,

Even if it doesn't meet your self-made standards,

Of your cultures and your faiths,

And your education and your taste.

So stop trolling, trollers ; stop judging, haters!

You don't like something, don't watch it or hear it or believe it,

It's really not worth your time,

Instead focus on creating something,

That adds value, positivity and happiness to your life,

Speak only what improves your life,

Not demeans others',

And see how life blossoms in you,

Like a lotus out of the muddy waters.
