Bridge

Updated: Jul 18, 2025

I am on a bridge today;

It is hanging down low.

The water is cold;

My feet can touch the flow.

I don't know if it will hold me,

Or if I should let go.

At least I have a bridge to walk;

I'm not swimming in the flow.

I will get to the other side,

Dry me up,

But first, I should hold the rope.

It's time for a tide.

I saw people I know floating away,

I saw people I didn't pass today.

But I have to keep on walking

Because i need to be on other side and i am on a bridge today.
