Brave Girl

By Lasya Bhat

Once, there lived a clever girl called Seema. She loved to hear the stories of her grandmother. One day, at bedtime, she asked her grandmother to tell a story about thieves. After the story, Seema slept. After a few days, while Seema was playing in front of her house, she heard someone whispering. The sound was coming from the bed room.

When she peeped through the door, she saw two men trying to open the locker. She quickly closed and locked the doors and called her parents and grandparents. They found that they were thieves inside and called the police. The police came and arrested the thieves. The police officer, her parents and grandparents praised her for her cleverness and bravery.
