Bold through fear

Perhaps it is not failing that we fear,

It is the idea of being unaccepted and unvalued afterwards that scares us.

It is not death that we fear,

It is the idea of never having the courage to truly fulfil our dreams and live life on our terms that scares us.

It is not rejection that we fear,

It is the idea of never having the strength to do it all over again that scares us.

But what we keep forgetting is that we have the power to turn our deepest fear into our greatest strength.

We can always turn our failure into a setting example for ahead,

And for the people who don’t appreciate us after it, they were never our well-wishers to begin with.

Maybe it’s time for us to swap our negative what ifs to it won’t,

Because we don’t have a redo button on life, but we simply do have one on what we don’t like.

Because regret is always more painful than rejection,

Hence you would rather never give up, than live your life in dejection.
