Bits And Pieces Of Me

By Romi Dey

Bits and pieces of me,

Lying amidst the seashore.

Where the sun never shone,

The fireflies forgot to light the path,

Of the wary traveller.

Where the shadow of the distressed bushes,

Kept on dancing with the slumber breeze.

2.

Bits and pieces of me,

Lost in the melancholic hills.

Where the rain never stopped falling,

Washing away the burden of letting go,

Of the tranquil monk.

Where the laughter of the innocent minds,

Kept on echoing amidst the elated sunset.
