Beneath the Hooves

Horse that high

With glistening coat

Trimmed, brushed tail

And silky mane

With the ribbons

Plaited in.

High above,

up on the horse

Ironed pants

And stiff starched shirt

Holding reins

In spark white gloves.

Looking down

From the heights

With contempt

In glossy eyes

Stiff tall rider

On high horse

Prancing proud

In arena

To the music

That is classic.

Prancing, dancing

All around

Pooping shitting

On the ground

All the time

Along the way

Dropping poop

And dance away.

Someone else

In brown gloves

Loose fit pants

And wrinkled shirt.

Walking round

Two steps back

Picks up poop

And cleans shit up.
