You’re looking up…and you’re sad that you can’t fly.

And then you’re looking down…and you feel that you might cry.

 

But when you’ll learn, to see the things straight from where you are,

Then you’d know that you have made it so good this far.

And when you’ll stop thinking that you’re just an unsolved crime,

Then you’d see that your life is so worth it, all this time.

 

And now, you stop looking up,

Stop feeling sad that you can’t fly.

Now, you stop looking down,

Stop feeling that you might cry.

 

Now, you’re living in the present, and you see that,

You’re a Beautiful Butterfly.
