BE THE LIGHT, NOT THE BULLY

Don’t laugh when someone falls,

Don’t hurt with words or cruel calls.

A joke to you may cause them pain,

A wound that no one else can explain.

Look at the child who stands alone,

The one who feels afraid and unknown.

Behind a smile, behind a face,

There may be tears they cannot erase.

So STOP!

Stop the teasing, stop the fear!

Stop the words that hurt the ear!

Choose your courage, choose what’s right,

Stand together, shine your light!

Be kind to others, every day.

A helping hand can lead the way.

A smile can brighten someone’s heart,

A caring word can be a start.

We may be different, this is true,

But kindness starts with me and you.

So raise your voice, let kindness stay:

“NO TO BULLYING!

YES TO KINDNESS!

LET LOVE LEAD THE WAY!”
