Battle Of Anxiety n Depression

By Siddharth M (Siddhu SP)

Anxiety’s grip, it tightens day by day,

Whispers of doubt, clouding my way,

But I’ll hold on, find the light within,

With every step, a new chapter begins.

Suicidal thoughts may knock on my door,

But I’ll remind myself of all I’m fighting for,

Friends and family who hold me dear,

Their unwavering love keeps my spirit clear.

I won’t let it define my story,

I’ll find the strength, reclaim my glory,

These battles I face, I’ll overcome,

For I am strong, I’m not undone.

Depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts,

Though they haunt I won’t be caught,

I’ll keep fighting, seeking rays of light,

And together we’ll conquer this endless night.
