‘INDIA, JUST A NATION LIKE ANY OTHER, BUT WHAT MAKES IT BEAUTIFUL IS THE INDEPENDENT NATURE AND THE STRUGGLE THAT FOLLOWED IN DOING SO’
5:00 am, hymns of the nascent breeze thickens just after the alarm goes off, remarking the beginning of the new day. The citizens from their caverns arises to face identical challenges just on a different day. Rumbling and chattering sounds all over the holy places defining diversity at its best. The day starts with the pacification of soul, praying, then goes on for a while. From school to office to home to yet again, a state where numbness and void thoughts rule, sleep.
As busy as it sounds for an individual, the more complex it could be. When state of being a slave would take over, no independence, no freedom, procrastination would hit its rock bottom in a minute or two. Complexity would be missed, profanity would take over divinity, psyche would question their insanity, celestial minds would radiate iniquity ALL AT ONCE!
For liberty would just be a mere illusion. So the time people spent praying would be taken, the right to education, morality, discipline, the right to vote, right to information, in fact right to life, would be kept hostage.
Everything we take for granted now, we do so for we are FREE. But freedom requires courage to supersede the outlasting fear to overcome the danger it holds. It’s neither a state nor a period of time not even an illusion or vision that could be achieved, it’s a prison that could bind people into an illusion that they are indeed free.
Free from deprivation of human species from divinity, free from being a slave, free from estimating their profanity, free from living and at last, free from death.
But this philosophical idea is just a revelation towards what might sound unlikely.
Independence in terms of country’s citizens is a healthy yet rogue vision that can either cure illness or bind them in one.
But what makes it beautiful is the imagining power of the human brain, the state where one wakes up early in the morning, eats freely with consent, goes to worship its lord with no restrains, acquires academic as well as ethnic education, graduates from top universities, marries the love of its life, lives the life to its fullest until it has to surrender to the state where freedom is not just living life on one’s own terms but moulding oneself to the situation, in simple terms, DEATH.
This illusion of life, has what made INDEPENDENCE a vast yet unachievable mirage in disguise.
So to conclude up, India got independent years ago in 1947, and all these years of independence, if it’s still questionable whether it’s an independent nation or not, then people have yet thousand miles to achieve the Independence they dream of.
