Bani hai ek duniya,

chaand jahan tumhare uthne se pehle uthtaa hai,

taaron mein lipat kar to ese sooyi ho tum,

jaise sooraj ab kuch hi karwat dur ho,

itminaan se so jaao tum,



sooraj ko maine apni mutthi mein bandh kar rakha hai,

magar khayal rahe sapno mein,

haath mera jab thamo tum,

hatheli zara jal chuki hai meri.
