Feels like a thousand years

Since the moment gone by

All I have ever wished for

Was to be able to say goodbye.

I didn’t, so I lost

I lost again as I didn’t try

Because I almost hated it

The moment gone by

But that never happened

All because you stopped me

Stopped me from hating the moment

I guess it’s good you didn’t let me be

Perhaps it wasn’t good

As now I’m stuck in a loop

Doing the same things again and again

As if I’m a day-old soup

I’m stuck in a phantasm

Of loving and living in the moment

No matter how much I try to escape

It still continues to torment.

I want to return home

And come back to reality

No matter how sweet

The illusion I’m stuck in is very scary.
