Back To Me ..

My heart still aches the same as it did on the day you left me,

The numbness of my soul, the darkness in my thoughts,

The feeling of solitude ,the dejection I feel,

Without you can I ever be the one I used to be.

All those memories keep hovering over me,

With those remembrances resurfacing again and again,

Recalling you each day,

To end this unending pain.

All those promises yet to be fulfilled,

All those plans yet to be explored,

All those paths yet to be covered,

All those secrets yet to shared,

Be it for a brief moment, could you please come back to me.
